Position: Admissions Director

Location: Orlando, FL

Base Pay: $50,000 - $100,000 per year

Required Education: 4 Year Degree

Required Experience: At least 2 years

Regional Director of Admissions (RDOA) - Director of Admissions (DOA) - Associate Director of Admissions (ADOA) 

Our client is a leader in proprietary education. We are seeking candidates interested in continuing their career in Admissions as a RDOA, DOA, ADOA

The positions will be responsible for the management of the overall performance of the team along with being the coach, motivator and mentor of the team.  The goal will be to instill a sense of team responsibility, team leadership and improve the student start rate through quality customer service, team performance and follow up. We looking for people who will coach the Team Leaders and to ensure the skill development of the team.

Requirements

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience in Admissions 
  • On-line experience preferred
  • College degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Positive support regarding managerial decisions
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help others succeed
  • Successful managerial experience of at least 2 years


Position requirements:



  • Must be able to work at least two evenings per week and periodic weekends if necessary
  • Ability to answer complicated Admissions questions accurately and in detail
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service by telephone, email, and other media
